І. Construction – crude construction.
The company is licensed for performance of construction and assembling works for objects of 4th and 5th categories.
Our capacity is for annual construction of 2500-3000 square metres of built-up area.
We construct against reimbursement and with a contract for construction, concluded with an investor.
At present our objects are on the territory of the town of Blagoevgrad, but in case of request on behalf of an investor for construction in other region of the country, our company has no problem of undertaking it.
We work with large-area shuttering type "DOKI", metal telescopic supports and panels of hydrophore plywood. For vertical shuttering we use Italian modeling shuttering system "Liria".
Our workers are qualified in various construction specialties and have rich professional experience.
As a priority the reimbursement we give for residential buildings in the town of Blagoevgrad varies from 30% to 40%. It depends on the location of the object and the degree of the finalization of the owners’ part of the building.

ІІ. II. Repair activities.
The company disposes of a great set of specialists in various fields: application of faience and terracotta, arrangement of laminated parquet, assembling of plumbing network, assembling of electrical wiring, painting and patting, application of plasterboard, assembling of false ceilings, tinsmith’s works etc.

ІІІ. Assembling of heat-insulation systems.
The company performs services of assembling heat-insulation systems of buildings with import and Bulgarian materials.
The import heat-insulation system, offered by us, is assembled with materials of the Swiss company "CHЕMIPLAST" .
Bulgarian partner of our company is "GBC INDUSTRY - building systems" from the town of Burgas.
The company performs heat-insulation in buildings with cornice height up to 15-17 metres. The heat-insulation system we work with is produced by the Swiss company "CHЕMIPLAST" .The company works with Swiss scaffolding, produced by the company, "TOBLER" and meets all requirements for safe work. The company issues the necessary certificates for the materials used for the assembling of the system, as well as declaration of conformity of the system with minimal guarantee of 5 years.

IV. Trade with construction materials.
Our company is a distributor for the South-Western Bulgaria of the materials of the Swiss company "CHEMIPLAST" whose principal representative for Bulgaria is the company "Belni-BG" LTD. The product list of the company includes a rich variety of plasters, paints, latex, Styrofoam and other elements, which are necessary for a modern and ecologic heat-insulation system.
We are also a distributor of the company "KAR-SIS" which is engaged with production of multiform decorative profiles for shaping of facades and interiors of buildings and various premises.
The company also offers the materials with different destination of the Burgas Company "GBC".

V. Sale of real estates.
The company sells apartments, offices and shops from the buildings we have constructed.
All sales are without commission, according to an installments plan.
In special occasions corrections of the instilments plans can be made on the grounds of agreements with the clients.
